With expectations high the mighty warriors came back to earth with a dissappointing loss to the Tiwi Bombers who used their pace and elusiveness to great effect in their breakthrough win.  For a 10 minute period in the 2nd qtr tahs showed what they were capable of,  banging on 6 goals and looking like they were headed for another Grand Final showdown. After half time though Tiwi took control of the game and put an end to the warriors season.
